AMDG has organised a group of professionals to be available on the same day at our grounds, so that you can bring your horse(s) to get a whole bunch of things for you and your horses done on the same day, at weatherproof facilities.

EquestriFIT / Jason Hill
Equestrifit offers rider analysis and position strenghthening to better align the rider with their horse. Jason is an experienced personal trainer and rider who has developed a series of specialised fitness testing and training programs purely for riders.
SERVICE: Muscle balance testing & dynamic exercise programming (on the horse simulator called ‘Bounce’)

BALANCED SADDLE FITTING / CHRIS barnett
One of NZ’s leading saddle fitters and also a working saddler with over 18 years of experience, Chris Barnett is qualified in Advanced Equine Studies and has trained in Australia, England and Italy. Chris returns to Europe on a regular basis to keep current with the latest research and advances in saddle design and fit.
AMDG will connect you with with Balanced Saddle Fitting directly so that you can provide them with the necessary information prior to the appointment.
SERVICE:
Assess and check your existing saddles and where possible adjust at the time.
Additional cost will apply fo repacking and gullet changes etc.
Explore new saddle options within the BSF range - prior information will be required.

Evenflow Equine Therapy / Donna Batt
Donna is a fully qualified and highly experienced Equine body worker, trained in both equine sports massage and craniosacral therapy.
With 18 years experience,Donna has worked on Grand Prix dressage horses and Showjumpers, racehorses, ponyclub mounts and everything in-between.
Trained to find and release sore, restricted and tight muscles and work on the Central Nervous System which improves mobility, range of motion and therefore comfort and performance in your horse.
Being a rider herself and also a coach, means she understands the requirements you have of your horse and can suggest static and ridden exercises to incorporate into your schooling to help address weakness/pain and body patterns discovered during treatment.

Rider Physiotherapy / Liz Boyd
Liz is a physiotherapist whose lifelong interest in horses has seen her follow her passion in physiotherapy specifically for riders. This combines her knowledge of physiotherapy, biomechanics, rehabilitation and movement analysis with her equestrian experience to deliver a professionalized service to fellow riders.
Sessions can be on or off horse or a combination of both. A typical assessment looks at the riders posture, balance, symmetry, strength and stability. All these factors have an influence on your horse. Video analysis is utilized on horse. You are then given an individualized program. Treatment can consist of manual therapy, mobilization, specific exercises, strapping and lots of education.

Equine nutritionist / Gretel Webber
Gretel is Dunstan’s Equine Nutritionist, working with leading breeding farms, trainers and riders throughout New Zealand. Experienced in many facets of the equine industry Gretel understands the requirements of different breeds, types and temperaments of horses. Gretel enjoys working with riders to help them achieve optimum condition and digestive health of their equines, no matter what their code or goals.
Owners must come with complete detail on the horses current feeding programme, including weights of feeds provided in kgs on a daily basis and any additional supplements.
SERVICE:
Assess the current body condition of the horse.
Review the current feeding regime to determine if any nutritional shortfalls exist and if appropriate feeds are being fed for the horses temperament and workload.
If required, provide a revised feeding regime to ensure a balanced ration and feeding management programme that takes into account the horses temperament, workload and any feed related health issues.

Franklin Vets / Melissa Sim & Kendra McLeod
Franklin Vets’ team of dedicated equine vets has a strong focus on preventative care, ensuring their clients keep their equine companions in optimal health to support peak performance. This focus extends to education and they are happy to work with equine community groups like pony clubs to build this knowledge. Our equine vets either own horses themselves or have worked alongside them for much of their lives. It is not just their career, it’s their passion.
