Bring and Buy Equestrian Garage Sale at the Festival of Dressage!! 25/01/2012

AMDG festival of dressage competitors, judges, writers and AMDG members – if you have equestrian stuff you would like to move on, bring it with you to champs on Sunday. We’ll be having a “garage sale” in Betty Brown’s truck which will be located at the trade stand area on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th during the festival of dressage this weekend. No responsibility taken but there will be someone to keep and eye on the stuff in the truck and take the proceeds (otherwise the truck will be locked) Label up your stuff with your name, mobile number and what you want for it and take it to Betty’s truck on Saturday morning. Costs to sellers – if it sells: Small lots of gear of less than $200 in total value – donation to AMDG Saddles - $30 Everything else - $15 for your pile of stuff!

AMDG riders to compete at Werribee CDIW and CPEDI 4/12/2011

Louisa Hill and Bates Antonello will compete for the opportunity to represent Asia Pacific at the world cup finals and another opportunity to impress the selectors for Olympic selection. Anne Watts and Rachel Stock are riding in the para equestrian competition to try and achieve qualification for possible selection for the Paralympics.

Level 8 Cushionride Quest 4/12/2011

Level 8 Cushionride Quest will now be held as part of the Cushionride Festival of Dressage in January. Riders at level 8 will have the opportunity to compete for $800 prizemoney and wonderful dress wool rug for the inter II on Saturday 28th January. Updated schedule now available on the events page.

Surfaces for Festival of Dressage 4/12/2011

All level 3 and up tests will be on cushionride surfaces. Level 1 and level 2 graded classes will, where possible, be accommodated on the surfaces but riders should be prepared for the possibility of grass surface. Ungraded classes will most likely be run on grass surface. Most warm up will be on grass surfaces – limited warm up on cushionride surfaces.
